• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless tkbk approves it under special circumstances.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Match Cancellation: If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to server or connectivity issues, tkbk will resolve the matter at its own discretion.
• Maximum Win Limit: Every bet has a maximum payout limit. Details are specified within each betting market.

For Sports Betting, tkbk follows international sports rules. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of the relevant international sports authority will be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbk platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using software bots or automated programs.
• Using tkbk for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other users or tkbk staff.

Tkbk places the highest importance on responsible betting. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it does not negatively impact anyone's life.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can set up automatic betting limits that kick in once you've lost a specified amount.
• Self-Exclusion: 30 days to permanent — you can exclude yourself from the platform for any duration you choose.
• Reality Check: A summary of your betting session will be displayed at regular intervals.

Tkbk is not liable for the following:

Tkbk's total liability shall not exceed the user's total deposits made in that calendar month.
